On pondering this, Coffee and I determined that we probably DO meet up with that average. Most of them are consumed by the dogs as part of their breakfast, but.. well, yeah. How disturbing.
I bet that a bunch of them don’t end up eaten by anyone — aren’t eggs used in the production of some vaccines? — but still — that’s a LOT of eggs!
Oh! And baking (bread, cakes, etc) commercially, too. But, yeah, that’s a LOT of eggs.
